Our approach
We want customers with different access needs to be able to explore products and contact us. The site includes a skip-to-content link, labelled form fields, keyboard-operable native controls, responsive layouts and right-to-left layout for Arabic. WCAG 2.2 is a reference for improvements, not a claim that this entire site meets a particular conformance level.
Known limitations
The full company video does not currently have selectable captions in all four website languages or a complete accessible transcript. Text visible within the video is not a substitute for selectable captions. Some product-planning interactions require JavaScript and browser storage. A complete audit across screen readers, browsers and all product pages has not been completed, so other barriers may remain.
Ways to use the site
Use the language selector for English, Chinese, Arabic or Spanish and your browser controls to enlarge text. The additional inquiry fields can be opened with the keyboard and are optional. If a product tool or the inquiry form prevents you from proceeding, send your product question directly to the email below; you do not need to use the configurator.
Request help or report a barrier
Tell us the page address, the task you could not complete and the format or assistance you need. If useful, include your browser or assistive technology, but do not send passwords or sensitive personal information. You can request a text explanation of relevant company or product information. We will use your feedback to arrange a practical way to continue the conversation; no fixed response time or universal compatibility is promised.
